Synecco successfully supported the client in the design, development and manufacture of pleural drainage bottles. The challenge was to design, develop and manufacture a product taking into account considerations that the product needed to withstand through the production and sterilization cycle into the marketplace.
Synecco supported the client through manufacturing and assembly of the pleural drainage bottles, where it progresses for kitting and sterilization with client. Synecco completed DFMEA, materials selection, tooling, molding, tool validation, component supply, device assembly with vacuum, sealing operation and packaging.
