Background
The client approached Synecco for support in manufacturing of their ultrasound biopsy needle which featured complex moving and interacting sub-assemblies that needed to function to a high degree of precision.
Outcome
Synecco supported the client’s development program through retooling of handle components and subsequent production with injection molding, over-molding, and pad printing with an annual volume of 80,000 units.
