At Synecco, usability is at the heart of everything we create. These are the key questions we always ask ourselves;

Effectiveness – how well users can complete tasks with the product?
Learnability and memorability – how easy it is to learn to use, and to remember the steps the next time?
Efficiency – how much effort is required by users to complete tasks using the product?
Satisfaction – what do users think of the product’s ease of use?
Users’ skillset – who is using the product & what level of training and experience do they have?
Users’ goals – what are users trying to do with the product & does it support what they want to do with it?
Environment – where and how is the product being used? Lighting, noise factors etc.
