Our tooling providers – our creative collaborators
During Synecco’s 20 years in business, we’ve worked with a core group of innovative and reliable tooling suppliers. We liaise closely with them across our initial design requirements and design for manufacture. They’re also part of our analytical processes, such as design simulation for mould-flow analysis. We collaborate with them on approvals, process development and validations before final transfer to Synecco’s manufacturing site and into production.

Our team of tooling engineers support all processes across tooling debug and maintenance, plus jigs and fixture fabrication. They work with a range of advanced tools; from rapid prototypes to fast turnaround tools – the latter essential for supporting development programme efficiencies – alongside low to high volume production tools.
