Decorating and printing
Decorating and printing of moulded parts using pad printing, which can also be used to deposit functional materials such as conductive inks & lubricants onto the object.
Testing
Testing is done pre and post assembly, based on protocols established with our customers.
Packaging
Packaging is fundamentally about protecting the device, maintaining its sterility, and providing a well considered out of the box experience. As device design is modified during development, the packaging design also needs to accommodate this. We also interrogate factors such as; Does the product have features we need to isolate and protect? And how will the end-user remove the device from the package while maintaining its sterility?
